Rethinking Change

Change and innovation start with you. Learn the basics of how people and environments shape change, and how the brain’s networks influence thinking and learning. 

This micro-course introduces the Leading People series within InnovateHealth. It is self-directed, delivered online through Mighty Networks, and takes about 30 minutes to complete. It sets the stage for the next courses in the series—Coaching as Conversation and Human Teamwork—where you will build practical skills to lead people and work more effectively as a team.
